Chris....beautiful pictures! Cousin Bob said you got 5 inches of snow? He said it's the most Shanghai has gotten in 17 years!!
It must be you because, I remember when you first moved to Chicago, and every one was saying how COLD it was going to be in the winter, and they had the mildest winter on record...LOL

Chris,

I had a random question that your early morning shot brought to mind. Do people go for runs in China? No, I dont mean to the beer store, but jogging and have you been jogging at all? I remember in Italy it was rarely, if ever seen (and in those rare instances, it was always an American running). I think it was frowned upon for some reason.

Chris. Graffiti, Bike riders....Fish Markets... Construction sites...Large Creek( almost the size of a River....If you close your eyes you may think you are in Philly....China Town in Philadelphia would make the people from Shanghai feel right at home...Do they sell the little turtles at the markets? Philadelphia China town has them. I had one...died ..after that no more turtles for me....Love.Aunt Eileen

Your Mom turned me on to your blog. I went to West Catholic, when we wore those tuxedos to proms straight out of "Dumb & Dumber"....Anyhow excellent visuals and very funny commentary, glad to see "smart ass" Philly humor travels the globe. You represent well!! tom killeen

Is a creek the same as a crick? I used to bathe in something called the Darby Crick, much cleaned than what I saw in that Creek.
